Status

I have added new calf raises exercises to the list of exercises since I did come single-leg calf raises on Tuesday but I couldn’t add them to my workout. Before adding them I did some research on different variations that I’d like to try, here is the full list with their difficulty levels:

  • Seated Calf Raise (6)
  • Standing Double-Leg Calf Raise (4)
  • Standing Single-Leg Calf Raise (7)
  • Squat Hold Calf Raise (8)
  • Donkey Calf Raise (5)

We’ll see if the difficulty levels are appropriate.
