Added Link Preview Support

I’ve added automatic link preview support to my indieweb blog.

Whenever I share a status or bookmark a link, the page now fetches and displays a preview with the website’s title, description, and a thumbnail image. This makes posts more visually engaging and informative — both for me and for anyone browsing the site.

Link previews are fetched using a custom-built metadata parser (no third-party services), and preview images are uploaded to Cloudinary for fast, optimized delivery.

Just a small touch, but it makes the site feel more alive.
